Delivery

What delivery costs, how long it takes, and how the delivery discount works. Every figure is quoted for your own basket and address at checkout.

The three delivery speeds

Checkout shows the speeds available for your address, each with its own cost and an estimated transit window in days.

  • Standard — the default, and the one the delivery discount applies to.
  • Express — faster delivery for an additional fee.
  • Expedited — our fastest delivery option.

The delivery cost and time come from the courier, based on your address and parcel. They are the courier’s estimate, not a promise from Sals3.

How our delivery discount works

To help you save, we cover up to A$23 of the standard delivery fee on qualifying orders to Australia. For most items, this completely covers shipping! For larger or heavier parcels, you'll only need to cover the small remaining balance, which will always be shown clearly before you check out.

For Fiji, we take a set amount off Standard delivery rather than all of it. The discount and what is left to pay are shown before you pay.

Express and Expedited are always charged.

Import duties and taxes

Parcels ship from overseas with import duties and taxes unpaid. Most arrive without any. If customs in your country charges some, you pay them to the courier or customs when the parcel arrives. They are not part of your SALS3 order.

Where SALS3 delivers

Checkout accepts delivery addresses in the countries listed in its own address step. If your country is not offered there, SALS3 cannot deliver to it yet.

Tracking

A tracking number appears on your order page once the courier issues one, which is usually when the parcel leaves the warehouse rather than when you pay. Until then the order page says where the parcel actually is instead of showing an empty tracking box.

Delivery updates on that page come from the courier. SALS3 does not edit them.
