Children’s Privacy
SALS3 does not sell products for purchase by children; we sell children’s products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users who are under the age of 15. If we become aware that we have unintentionally collected personal data from a child under 15, we will promptly delete the information from our records. If you believe a child under 15 has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
How We Use Your Information

- Communicate marketing: send newsletters and marketing emails to people who opt in, with an unsubscribe link in every email; send marketing text messages only where you have explicitly opted in.
- Personalize your experience: provide tailored product recommendations based on your browsing and purchase history.
- Measure our advertising: analyze website performance and marketing campaign return on investment.
- Protect our platform: prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.
- Comply with legal obligations: maintain accounting records and enforce our Terms of Use.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We share information with service providers that help us operate, and only for that purpose. These include payment processors, logistics and shipping partners to deliver your goods, cloud hosting providers (such as Microsoft Azure), email and messaging delivery services, and analytics and advertising measurement partners (such as Google and Meta, as described below).
When you click a link in one of our marketing emails or texts, the link carries an identifier that tells us which message you clicked. If you accept cookies, we store that identifier and, when you complete a purchase, we send our marketing platform a record of the order (the amount, the items, and the order number, identified by your email address) so it can report which campaign led to which sale.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to establish or defend legal claims, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.
Text Messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages from SALS3, we use your mobile number to send you only the messages you signed up for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time.
Separately from marketing, when you place an order, we may send text updates about that order—such as shipping notifications or delivery alerts—because they are part of fulfilling the service you requested.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Your mobile information is never sold, and it is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Measuring our own advertising is separate from that: when you buy on SALS3.com, we may send advertising partners a scrambled (hashed) form of the phone number on your account, together with your email address and name, so we can see which of our ads led to a purchase. We do not send your text message opt-in or consent status.
Cookies and Analytics
We use essential first-party cookies to keep you signed in to your account and to maintain items in your shopping cart. Analytics and advertising cookies load only if you accept them through the cookie banner; if you reject them, they are not loaded.
The visit cookie. When you arrive on SALS3.com, we store a first-party cookie in your browser. It records how you reached us: the campaign labels in the link you clicked, the website you came from, and the first page you landed on, so we can tell which of our marketing efforts bring customers to our store. This cookie holds no name, email address, or phone number. It is set whether or not you accept analytics cookies, because it measures our own marketing rather than tracking you across other companies’ websites.
Advertising and email click identifiers. If, and only if, you accept cookies through our banner, we also store the click identifiers our advertising and email partners add to their links. If you reject cookies, none of these are stored. When you buy something, we attach these identifiers to that order so we can report which campaign produced it. You can delete them at any time by clearing your browser cookies. We remove advertising and email click identifiers from our order records 30 days after the purchase. Before you answer the banner, a Meta ad click identifier may be held temporarily in your browser tab only; it is never sent anywhere before you accept, and it is deleted if you reject cookies or close the tab.
When a purchase is completed, we may also share order details with Google and Meta from our servers to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The identifying data we send to Meta is always hashed (converted to an unreadable form) before it leaves our servers, and may include a hashed version of the purchaser’s email address, phone number, name, and billing postal code. This helps confirm which purchases came from our ads without ever receiving your information in readable form. If you are signed in and have accepted cookies, we may also send Meta a hashed form of your email address and account ID with browsing and checkout events (for example, searching, viewing a product or starting checkout), for the same measurement purpose.
Data Retention and Storage
We keep account information for as long as your account exists. Order history and financial records are retained as required to satisfy legal, accounting, and reporting requirements.
Data of SALS3.com users in Australia is stored by default in the infrastructure of Microsoft Azure or a similar secure cloud service provider. As a global shopping destination, SALS3 may engage service providers in other countries to fulfill your order or process data. In all cases, we ensure that transfers of personal data comply with applicable legal requirements.
Security
We protect information using HTTPS encryption in transit, deny-by-default database access controls, and strict compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) for handling your credit card information. While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we work to protect your personal information using industry-standard technical and administrative measures.
Your Rights and Choices
